India participated at the 13th China International Small and Medium Enterprises Fair (CISMEF 2016), held in Guangzhou from 10-13 October, as a ‘Co-Host’ country through the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), with the National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC), New Delhi as the nodal agency. 124 SMEs units from various part of India participated at the fair. Union Minister of MSME, Shri Kalraj Mishra and Governor of Guangdong Mr Zhu Xiaodan jointly inaugurated the India pavilion on 10th October. During his stay in Guangzhou, Minister Kalraj Mishra had bilateral meetings with Mr. Hu Chunhua, Guangdong Party Secretary and Mr Zhu Xiaodan, Governor of Guangdong.
