Ayurveda Day & Meditation Concert organized by Parma Eco Valley

Consul General Shri Shambhu Hakki delivered Keynote address during the #Ayurveda Day & #Meditation Concert organized by Parma Ayurveda Centre on 19 November 2023 (Sunday). The event was attended by over 100 participants. Consul General also joined two eminent musicians from India- Dr Jaideb Mukharjee & Mrs Shuchismita Mukherjee to present the #MeditationConcert with compositions on Meditative #Ragas combined with a guided meditation led by Brahma Kumari Sister Sapna. The #MeditationConcert was followed by Ayurvedic Lunch & Lectures on #Ayurveda by eminent Indian Ayurveda Experts Dr Irshad K & Dr Dane Shafeeque who talked extensively about the benefits of Ayurveda for all.
