Upcoming Yoga Classes for Busy Professionals

Dear All,

We are delighted to announce that Consulate General of India, Guangzhou is organising a 3-month yoga class, specifically designed for working professionals. The 1-hour ‘Yoga Class for Busy Professions’ will be held every Monday-Friday from 5:45-6:45 PM at the premises of the Consulate. This program is designed to help you find balance, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being through the practice of yoga.

2. The inaugural session of the ‘Yoga Class for Busy Professionals’ will be held on 11 December 2023 (Monday) from 5:45 PM - 6:45 PM.

3. The Yoga Classes will be conducted by Ms Sumangala Nayak, a Yoga Expert from India, who will guide you through various yoga techniques, including asanas, pranayama, and meditation. Whether you are a beginner or have some experience with yoga, this program is suitable for individuals of all levels.

Details of the Yoga Classes:

-Duration: 3 Months

-Frequency: Every weekday (From Monday to Friday)

-Time: 5:45 PM to 6:45 PM

-Venue: Consulate General of India, Guangzhou [14th Floor, HNA Tower No. 8. Linhe Zhong Road, Tianhe District, Guangzhou]

Registration Fee: The registration fee is RMB 400. This fee covers the entire 3-month session and ensures your commitment to the program. The details regarding the mode of payment for registration fee will be communicated with the registered participants separately. Please note that participant’s seat will be confirmed only after the registration fee is paid.

4. The invitation is open to yoga enthusiasts of all nationalities and age groups.

5. It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing for easy movement during the Yoga Class. Participants are advised to bring their own Yoga Mats and other accessories for the Yoga Classes.

6. Please note that due to limited space, we can accommodate about 40 participants. As there are limited seats, so participants are advised to register now to reserve their seats on first-cum, first-serve basis, by scanning the QR code given in the Flyer.
