As part of Know India initiative, Consulate General of India, Guangzhou hosted a lecture on Indian Classical Music. Consul General, Shri Shambhu Hakki gave a presentation on Indian classical music to the members of Guangdong Musicians Association. This was followed by a presentation on “Concept of Rhythm in Indian Classical Music” by Dr Jaideb Mukharjee, Tabla teacher from Embassy of India, Beijing.
