Vishwa Hindi Diwas 2022 celebrations were held on 31 March 2022 at the Consulate General of India, Guangzhou premises. Consul General Shri Shambhu Hakki addressed the gathering. Event was attended by students from Hindi Department of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (GDUFS). Hindi students from GDUFS presented cultural performances, including singing of bollywood songs, poems and speeches, during the celebrations. To commemorate the occasion of Vishwa Hindi Diwas 2022, Consulate had organized various competitions & quiz for promotion of Hindi. Consul General Shri Shambhu Hakki presented awards to the winners. Consul General Shri Shambhu Hakki also gave a presentation on introduction of Hindustani Music in Chinese at the event.
