NOTICE

 CONSULAR CAMP OPEN HOUSE FOR INDIAN COMMUNITY IN SHENZHEN

          In efforts to reaching out to the Indian community and to serve them in better way at their doorstep, the Consulate General of India, Guangzhou is organizing a ‘Consular Camp’ in Shenzhen on 8^th June 2024 to render passport and consular services for Indian Nationals residing in Shenzhen and nearby cities.  Details of Consular Camp are under:

Date:    08.06.2024

Time:   10.30 am to 01.30 pm (Consular Camp)

            11.00 am to 12.00pm (Open House)

Venue: 8/F, Block A, Xinghua Building, No. 2018,

                      Shennan Zhong Road, Futian District,

                      Shenzhen

As part of the best practices being followed by the Consulate General of India in Guangzhou, the Consulate will also be conducting an ‘Open House’ chaired by Consul General during the consular camp to address the grievances, if any, from the members of Indian Community under Consulate’s jurisdiction, related to Passport, Consular and other related services.

Indian nationals and the Indian diaspora members who wish to avail Consular services may prepare the complete list of documents required for consular services as the official website of Embassy of India, Beijing (https://www.eoibeijing.gov.in/Passportconsular_Services). Please note that incomplete documents will not be accepted.

Prior registration is required for entry to avail consular services. Applicants may register for the Consular camp and Open House by scanning the QR Code given below.  The registration will close on 5 pm on 7^th June, 2024.
