Government of India is celebrating the India@70 to commemorate 70th year ofIndependence on 15th August 2017 onwards. As part of the celebrationsConsulate General of India in Guangzhou is hosting a stage drama "Yugpurush- The Play" in Guangzhou on 22 November 2017 at Grand View Theatre, 7F,Grand View Mall, No.228, Tianhe Road, Tianhe district Guangzhou.
"Yugpurush - The Play" is an international acclaimed & heart-touching playwhich depicts the special relationship that developed between Guru ShrimadRajchandraji and Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi (Mahatma Gandhi). "Yugpurush -The Play" highlights the values of love, peace, selflessness, respect fordiversity, fostering trust and building lasting harmony amongst thecommunities. The Play brings out a powerful experience of looking withinoneself and upholding value of truth for self-transformation. The Play aimsto spread Shrimad Rajchandraji's values of non-violence and truth thatshaped Mahatma Gandhiji's strong beliefs on non-violence.
