As part of the celebrations of ‘Hindi Diwas’ and the 100th Birth Anniversary of the greatest showman of Indian Cinema, RAJ KAPOOR, the Consulate General of India, Guangzhou is organizing HINDI IDOL 2.0, a Singing Competition of Hindi Songs.
2. The participation is open for all nationalities and all age groups residing in South China (Guangdong, Guangxi, Fujian, Hainan, Hunan, Sichuan & Yunnan). All the interested participants can record a short video clip (not exceeding 1 minute) singing a Hindi song of their choice.
3. To participate, please submit your videos by scanning the WeChat QR code mentioned in the Flyer by 24 September 2024 along with the following details:
(i) Your Full Name
(ii) Name of the Song
(iii) Name of the Singer
(iv) Your WeChat Contact Number
(v) Your Current City of Residence
(vi) Your Email ID
(vii) Your Profession
(viii) Your Nationality
(ix) Your Date of Birth.
4. The selected videos will be featured on the official social media pages of the Consulate.
5. The Final Round of the ‘Hindi Idol 2.0 Singing Competition’ is will be organized at its premises of the Consulate on 27 September 2024 (Friday) from 1600-1730 hrs.
6. Winners of the Final Round will receive Attractive Prizes as mentioned in the Flyer! Special Prizes will be awarded for singing Raj Kapoor Songs!
